What you do if bike broken at midnight in middle of nowhere ?
This customer contact me yesterday 11pm. Having the bike broken on the street of D1. It couldn’t start. And here is something you need to do:
1. Walk and find a place can fix small issues (not easy)
2. Find a place, hotel, bar, coffee, market to park it
3. Contact us and book a home service – rescue in the morning
4. Take a grab or taxi home
5. We can come collect the key and go get the bike
6. We check it out and report to you what need to be fix, then deliver to your place
For this customer today – Charl, he is very hopeless. So he just park it on the street overnight. Luckily, when we come the bike still there. We take it back to the garage and check.
Quite plenty problems with the bikes, from engine damage lost pressure, to fuel problem, spark and air filter. It’s combination for old bike to got broken. So make sure you fix the bike soon, when you see some symptoms: cut out, hard to start, loud noise, turn off at red light…
And for sure, take it to garage for regular services to make sure it stay in good conditions.
