My name is Mr. Tài (Mr. Jose) – the founder, here is my story:
I was born Mar 25, 1989 (35 years old now 2024). When start this business 2013, I was a young software engineer. I built software to analytic projects, manage business and factory.
As a young men, i tried my luck with friends to make this business without any related experience. Of course, we gather a team with a few technicians and mechanics. Over the years, i quit the job to become a fulltime business man and run it. It is really really difficult to do so, but also really excited interesting process. Which help me a lot to develop myself. And luckily, we survived and still make a living thank to your supporting.
What Big Jose stand for
I just have chance to do a couples jobs (positions) in my working career, accomplished a few achievements. But in every jobs, i always tried my best to serve: customers, team members, staff, boss, workers, colleagues… To me, doing your job is your right and duty.
Even i’m not the best guy for every job, but I’ve been trying my best for every jobs i do. If i can’t do it, i’ll let you know. But also, i’ll find a way or right person to do it.
Family guy:
I’m family guy, a husband and a father to my daughter and son. I’ve been working to accomplish and provide for my family. Also, when i do that i want to make them proud too. As you see, i put my family in the logo because i love mine, and i honor them. I do what i say, and i say what i do.
I’m not really good at talking, but listening. Not really good at hanging round for cups beer or something. My favorite is gaming, i think. Spending hours by myself ^^
In special occasions, instead of fancy stuff, i use to cook for my family, special my wife. My wife is a dedicated mother to our children and family. She encouraged me to follow my journey and be with me in every difficult times.

Our Vietnamese brand is 3MP motorbike started 2013 (11 years). We’re now proudly to be #1 motorbike garage services in Ho Chi Minh City. We have many locations around the city. And with home services and road aid we are able to serve around the whole city.
In 2018, i saw that we have many expat customers as well. Most of them are in Vietnam for long time, or use google translate. They worked with my mechanics directly and i support with my English skill occasionally. So i decided to make the English brane Big Jose Motorbike. That help expat in Ho Chi Minh City for their bike problems.
We worked seamlessly though vocal process or texting. I collect the requirements, time, location, problems… I work with team to determine problems, explain to customers and quote. Support customers every time they need, booking time and arrange mechanics…
My name is Jose because i love Jose Mourinho the English Chelsea Football Manager and then many other famous club. Arrogance man with talent and unique statements. I was used to be fat, so call myself Big Jose ^^
Big Jose Motorbike now is also a favorite destination of thousand expat customers: British, American, South African, Italy, Belarus,… Most of them live in D7, others live in D2, D3… A large amount of customers live years in Vietnam, some others come and go over year. But thank to their compliments, many customers keep introduced to our good services.
My team: is combination of old experienced mechanics to young brave mechanics. All is dedicated to their jobs and customers. I lead with passions, we share the work, benefit, the ethics and vision. We will continue to do our good job to be the best service and expand to further area to serve more and faster to our customers.
Most of my staff has been working with us for years. Many of them start as student, then junior and senior mechanics. Some of them become managers of my garages. All of us carry the quality and responsibility for customer’s satisfaction. Which past through the generations of mechanics and keep produce new high quality, honest, responsible mechanics.
